Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Proven survey experience with strong outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and clinical systems.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and hold clinical staff accountable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing operations and clinical programming.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead and support Unit Managers, Infection Preventionist, and clinical leadership team.
• Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvement plans.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and support recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
