Job summary

Highbanks Care Center in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead our nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding a skilled nursing team to deliver excellent outcomes for residents daily.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years as an RN in acute care, long-term care or geriatric supervision and management in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills are required.
• Must follow all Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead a clinical team to successful clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Highbanks Care Center, a long-term care facility in Columbus , OH isseekingan experienced, energetic,strongand dedicated RN Director of Nursing to lead the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily. The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following duties:
