Job summary

CareCore Health in the Cincinnati area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team. This hands-on leader will drive quality care, staff development, and regulatory excellence.

The Director of Nursing oversees clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, mentors Unit Managers and the clinical leadership team, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of DON experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Proven survey experience with strong outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and clinical systems.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and hold clinical staff accountable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
