Tobin & Associates, in Marion, OH, partners with a growing Skilled Nursing Group to recruit a Perm Director of Nursing for a Marion campus. This executive role leads Nursing Operations at a recently renovated campus with Memory Care and a dedicated 24/7 team, with little agency usage.

Qualifications

Director of Nursing

Tobin & Associates has partnered with a growing Skilled Nursing Group, in search of a Perm Director of Nursing in Marion, OH.

As a key member of this Executive Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Long Term Care in North-Central Ohio.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Director of Nursing to lead Nursing Operations at a recently renovated campus, offering private Rehab Suites, a dedicated Memory Care Unit, and a fully staffed 24/7 team, with no agency usage!

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the Nursing Team, building trust, developing people, and navigating the day-to-day challenges of Long Term Care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Nursing Team
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting professional growth and development
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to drive business growth and expansion
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

Requirements:

• No less than 3-5 years of proven expertise serving as a Long Term Care DON, preferably in a medium-large sized SNF (100-150 beds)
• Current/recent experience successfully serving in a fast-paced Rehab setting, with a passion for Memory Care
• Must have a can-do attitude, with a servant heart, and be proactive and forward-thinking
• Must also have an active, unencumbered OH RN license
