Job summary

Community Skilled Health Care Centre in Ohio is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department, uphold high-quality resident care, and drive staff development within a supportive leadership team.

The DON will supervise clinical staff, monitor practices to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, contribute to quality initiatives, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
