Qualifications

Nursing Director Requirements:

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school is preferred.
• Indiana RN license or eligibility is required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in the behavioral health field is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience is required.
• Must be 21 years old.
