The Midwest Center is a respected healthcare provider, fully accredited, 74-bed private, residential treatment facility with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN.

Position Summary:

The Director of Nursing is a key member of the Midwest Center Leadership team, who will integrate and coordinator patient-centric nursing strategies and ensure high-quality health care. The Director of Nursing participates in strategic planning and leads the nursing department in support the Company's goals.

Qualifications

Nursing Director Requirements:

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school is required.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school is preferred.

Indiana RN license or eligible is required.

Minimum of five years experience working in behaviroal health field required.

Two years of supervisory experience required.

Must be 21 years old.
