Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Ensure principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into resident care
• Develop and participate in the on-call schedule for clinical needs
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Communicate proactively with residents/families
• Oversee medication administration ensuring compliance with physician’s orders
• Coordinate healthcare services with external providers
• Manage partnerships with local vendors for quality external care

Qualifications:

• RN license
• Willingness to undertake additional training as required by the state
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
