  • Manage health and wellness by leading and monitoring the nursing team, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate resident care.
  • Serve as CLIA Director as applicable, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Partner with Neighborhood Coordinators and Sales to promote wellness and assess potential residents.
  • Manage medication oversight, staff training, and clinical quality initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Handle budget management, staffing, and team development.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and professional development to stay current in the field.
Qualifications
  • Current RN license from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of RN experience, with 1 year in a long-term care or similar environment preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year in nursing management, including hiring and performance management.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, including being on-call.
