We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee the Emergency Department at a renowned Medical Center located in Brooklyn. You will be tasked with overseeing all emergency nursing services within this facility, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance, while also managing and leading nursing staff.

This is a full-time role offering $90/hour. Scheduling is flexible and can be determined during hiring process.

Duties Include:

• Oversees all emergency nursing services
• Ensures quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Leads and directs the nursing department, setting goals and objectives.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates nursing staff, including hiring and onboarding.
• Manages nursing staff schedules and workloads.
• Develops and implements nursing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing required
• NYS RN
• At least 3-5+ years nurse management experience required
