Job Details

DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Monday-Friday, 5 8s, Day Shift

Responsibilities: Clinical oversight, staff supervision/development, compliance/risk management, administrative duties, emergency preparedness, interdisciplinary collaboration

• 3+ years of RN experience
• BSN, MSN preferred
• Acute care nursing experience in a correctional or emergency department setting preferred
• Leadership experience is required - supervisor, nurse manager, director or related position
• Active Georgia or Multistate RN license required
• ACLS/BLS certified
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare standards (NCCHC, ACA) preferred
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills are a must
• Strong leadership and team building abilities are a must
