About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. This leadership position oversees nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a culture of excellence in resident care. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, high-quality nursing care for all residents.
• Oversee care plan development and implementation.
• Supervise, educate, and support nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation per regulations.
• Manage incident reporting and follow-up.
• Promote a safe and healthy care environment, including infection control compliance.
• Schedule and lead nursing staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Support resident-centered ADL programs to improve quality of life.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and state regulations.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia (required)
• 1–2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting (skilled nursing experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
