Job summary

American Medical Associates seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct day-to-day facility operations in line with federal and local standards to ensure the highest quality care for residents.

The Administrator leads the facility, ensuring compliance, budgeting, documentation, staff training, and resident/visitor procedures while maintaining a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LNHA license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
  • Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and personal interest, while upholding the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility.

Qualifications
