Skilled Nursing of Cincinnati is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards while delivering the highest quality care to residents.

The LNHA will oversee budgets, policies, staffing, training, and regulatory documentation, foster a warm, caring environment, and lead the facility to uphold the Care without Compromise standard.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LNHA license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Admin, Business Admin, or health-related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory healthcare role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facility operations in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee budgets, documentation, staffing, training, and resident/visitor policies.

Position Summary

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always provided to our residents.

Essential Duties

• Ensure the facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
• Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, while maintaining the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility.

Qualifications
