Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Director of Nursing we have been seeking? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others while leading a dynamic team of nurses by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Walden Street School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma-informed care. Walden provides 24-hour comprehensive care, including an on-site school, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

  • You will develop skills in overseeing and developing systems for the nursing department.
  • You will lead a team to handle administrative functions, including staff supervision, audits, appointments, paperwork, and communication with guardians and outpatient healthcare providers.
  • You will assist students and families in navigating medical needs and help provide skills for success in their next steps.

Requirements:

  • Massachusetts RN license
  • Preferred: Nursing management experience
