We are proactively looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to organize and supervise all nursing operations at a nursing home in the Cedar Rapids area. The ideal candidate will be an experienced registered nurse who has the ability to create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies.

Operations Support – a dedicated Regional Operations Director consults each of our facilities allowing you to have management mentorship for budgets, financials, employee relations, etc. Each Regional Operations Director consults less than ten facilities, allowing for more time for oversight and assistance at your facility.
2. Nursing Consultants – a large group of experienced RNs who are trained in consulting facilities and can assist with PBJ reporting and training topics for employees.
3. Work/Life Balance - Most of our facilities rotate on-call schedules, allowing you more time for work/family balance!
