Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide strategic leadership for resident care, coordinating services to promote quality of life. Manage the nursing team to promote resident health and wellness.
• Perform resident assessments, develop and document Individualized Service Plans, provide or delegate clinical care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Exercise administrative authority over community operations.
• Oversee medication management to ensure resident safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Establish and maintain infection control programs.
• Provide clinical training and evaluate staff skills.
• Monitor clinical quality data, lead improvement initiatives.
• Manage nursing budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle clinical event management and response.

Experience & Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license.
• CPR certification.
• 2+ years as an RN; long-term care experience preferred.
• 1+ years in nursing management.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations.
• Experience with clinical performance data analysis preferred.
