Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering/design organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Components, Piping, and CAD organizations and align capability plans with Nuclear businesses.
• Develop and mentor managers and technical leaders; build talent pipelines.
• Drive performance focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and budget across the teams.
• Plan staffing and capacity to support current commitments and future growth.
• Champion 3D modeling, digital engineering, standardization, and integrated design practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders and operations to align resources with project priorities.
