Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Components, Piping & CAD to lead our nuclear-focused engineering and CAD design teams.

The role directs strategy, capacity, and long-range capability to execute complex nuclear projects across Commercial, New, and Federal Nuclear businesses. Based in the United States with potential remote options, the director will guide managers, ensure safe and quality execution, and drive technology modernization across 3D modeling and digital engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Nuclear, or related Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering and/or design experience, preferably in nuclear/power/federal facilities.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering/design organizations.
• Experience in component engineering, piping engineering/design, CAD, or 3D modeling.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects through conceptual to detailed design.
• Workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development experience.
• Strong understanding of design processes, quality requirements, and disciplined engineering practices.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
