Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health in Missouri seeks a Director of Clinical- Neurodiverse Programming to lead our neurodiverse care initiatives across inpatient and residential settings. Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold an active MO license in PLPC, LPC, MSW, or LCSW.
• 5+ years of clinical treatment experience with children, adolescents and families.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Neurodiverse care models knowledge and experience in trauma-informed settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary clinical team meetings and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Act as a key member of the Executive Leadership team, supporting the CEO and CMS/Joint Commission compliance.
• Provide direct clinical services including assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Supervise and develop licensed and non-licensed clinicians.
• Serve as liaison with families and external stakeholders for education and advocacy.
• Participate in strategic planning for innovative neurodiverse programming.
