Job summary

Community Interactions, Inc. seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical services for adults with IDD and complex behavioral needs.

This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, quality improvement, admissions support, and organizational collaboration. You will oversee clinical operations, maintain a limited caseload, provide consultation on complex cases, and drive systems, training, and performance initiatives while partnering with operations, HR, and leadership to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related behavioral health field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible clinical or behavioral support experience with IDD.
• PA licensure or credential in a relevant clinical discipline required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel across PA and DE.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Services and supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff.
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload focused on complex behavioral support needs.
• Provide clinical consultation for complex cases, behavioral assessments, and Behavior Support Plans.
• Support admissions through clinical assessment, referral review, risk identification, and transition recommendations.
• Develop and improve clinical systems, protocols, training, and competency processes.
• Monitor clinical quality, outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner across Operations, Admissions, Quality Management, HR, and Leadership to strengthen staff competency and organizational clinical capacity.
• Promote Positive Behavior Support, person-centered practices, and effective implementation of clinical recommendations.
• Support Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) and other organizational quality initiatives.
