Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health field required.
  • Doctoral degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic, clinical program and operational leadership for the hospital’s neurodevelopmental program.
  • Lead ABA, psychotherapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.
  • Ensure enterprise program standards and measurable outcomes across disciplines.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, nursing, behavioral therapy, rehabilitation, and case management.
  • Oversee admissions criteria, discharge planning, and transitions to home, school, or community settings.
  • Promote professional accountability, staff development, and timely resolution of concerns.
