ANNA in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a center-based team delivering NDBI-based care for children ages 18 months to 6 years. You will oversee clinical excellence, day-to-day operations, and a staff of BCBAs and Behavior Therapists while shaping a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

This 100% on-site role emphasizes clinical leadership with budget, scheduling, and utilization accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ABA experience with post-credential supervision or administration.
• Active Massachusetts LABA license or equivalent credential.
• Master's-level clinician; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience leading BCBAs and Behavior Therapists.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Own clinical quality and supervise BCBAs and BTs per NDBI.
• Conduct assessments oversight and parent coaching.
• Manage budget, staffing, scheduling, and utilization.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.
• Create a safe, welcoming clinic space.
