Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health of Missouri is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead and oversee our Neurodiverse Programming across inpatient and residential settings, delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care for neurodivergent youth.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop specialized programming for ASD, IDD, and related conditions, and mentor clinicians to uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Missouri license (PLPC, LPC, MSW, or LCSW).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical/supervisory experience in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of neurodiverse care models and trauma-informed treatment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary team meetings and ensure clinical documentation aligns with neurodiverse care models.
• Support executive leadership, participate in quality management, and ensure CMS and Joint Commission compliance.
• Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Supervise and train licensed and non-licensed clinicians.
• Liaise with families and external stakeholders, providing education on neurodivergent youth needs.
• Participate in strategic planning of innovative programming, including sensory-informed milieu design and integrative therapies.
