• Six+ years of real estate/network experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Long-Haul ILA site acquisition strategy and leases.
• Direct drafting, due diligence, and execution of telecom real estate contracts.
• Mentor and manage a team of real estate and regulatory professionals.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and permitting with FCC, environmental, and zoning rules.
• Build relationships with municipalities and regulatory bodies; support public hearings.
• Collaborate with engineering, capacity planning, and OSP teams to align milestones.
• Oversee real estate budgets, vendor performance, and risk management.
