Stanford Reglab seeks an Associate Dean and Director of the Native American Cultural Center to lead the center’s strategy, policy, and programs on the Historic Stanford Campus. You will mentor students, coordinate with campus partners, and advocate for Indigenous communities across undergraduate and graduate programs.

The role reports to ICIL leadership, oversees budgets, staff, and large-scale events, and drives collaborations with tribal nations and university offices to advance Indigenous

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience in tribal relations or higher education preferred.
• Knowledge of Indigenous communities and programs helpful.

• Foster and sustain an Indigenous community at Stanford through growth and engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership, budget oversight, and supervision of staff.
