Job summary

Coghlin Companies seeks a Director of Warehouse to lead and optimize warehousing operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in an electromechanical environment. You will drive strategy, improve inventory accuracy, and manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.

The role requires a strong background in inbound/outbound logistics, MRP systems, and Lean/6S execution to achieve high efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong experience managing multi-site, multi-shift warehousing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of inbound/outbound freight logistics and MRP systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing operations across multiple facilities and shifts.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Establish, track, and improve KPIs for each warehouse.
• Maintain high inventory integrity and 6S across locations.
• Manage staffing levels, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the Safety Team to ensure a safe work environment.
• Leverage MRP systems for warehouse material processing.
• Oversee fleet of forklifts and delivery vehicles as needed.
