GSM Outdoors seeks a Director of Product Management – Software & Mobile to own the vision and execution of our mobile apps, cloud services, and connected software ecosystem. You will lead a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Design, Firmware, Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in progressive Product Management in consumer mobile apps or SaaS.
• 3+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record launching and scaling iOS/Android apps.
• Strong technical fluency across mobile, cloud, APIs, analytics, and Agile.

Responsabilités

• Define long-term product vision and roadmaps for GSM’s mobile apps, cloud services, and connected software.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and backlogs.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive launches and adoption.
• Establish product analytics, KPIs, and feedback loops to guide decisions.
