Job summary
Digital Turbine in New York is seeking a strategic, technically fluent Senior Director of Product Management to lead on-device platform operations, own the platform roadmap, drive SDK and distribution strategy, and position the company as the partner of choice for carriers, OEMs, and developers globally.

Qualifications
- 12+ years in mobile ecosystems, platform distribution, or mobile ad tech.
- 3+ years at Director level or above.
- Experience with OS-level or device-layer products is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage carrier and OEM relationships.
- Fluency in translating regulatory shifts into product priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute platform strategy — own the roadmap for the on-device distribution platform.
- Lead platform consolidation — unify the SDK surface into a high-performance framework.
- Own carrier and developer partnerships — align with telecoms and OEMs on strategy and compliance.
- Drive platform security and integrity — develop SDK layers protecting developers and partners.
- Build and lead the team — mentor PMs and foster experimentation and accountability.
- Navigate regulatory complexity — translate policy shifts into proactive product actions.
- Elevate partner engagement — turn reviews into strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
