Job summary

Digital Turbine in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead platform operations for our on-device solutions and to drive SDK and distribution strategy at scale. You will own the evolution of the mobile platform and partner with carriers, OEMs, and developers globally.

You’ll manage a team of product managers, align cross-functional teams, govern regulatory and security priorities, and champion experimentation to deliver measurable platform value across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in mobile ecosystems, platform distribution, or mobile ad tech.
• 3+ years at Director level or above.
• Experience shipping SDK- or device-layer products close to the OS.
• Carrier or OEM relationships and regulatory fluency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy — own the roadmap for our on-device distribution platform.
• Lead platform consolidation — unify SDK surface into a cohesive, high-performance framework.
• Own carrier and developer partnerships — align with carriers and developers on strategy, commercialization and compliance.
• Drive platform security and integrity — develop SDK-based layers to protect developers and partners.
• Build and lead the PM team — mentor and scale a multi-vertical product management group.
• Navigate regulatory complexity — translate policy shifts into proactive product strategy.
