Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Director-level Technical Product Manager for Mobile Clinical Platforms to shape strategy, roadmap, and integrations for enterprise-grade clinician communication.

You will partner with DT&I, clinical and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure mobile experiences across iOS, Android, and web, driving adoption while managing risk and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field required.
• Master's preferred in business/technology or related field.
• 7+ years in senior technical product management roles.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms and mobile product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical product strategy and roadmap for enterprise mobile clinical communication platforms.
• Partner with DT&I, clinical stakeholders, and engineering to ensure scalable, secure deployments.
• Translate clinician workflows into platform capabilities and requirements.
• Lead cross-platform strategy across iOS, Android, and web.
• Mentor other Technical Product Managers and manage complex multi-domain initiatives.
