Job summary

Digital Turbine, a leading mobile growth platform, is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Product Management to own the evolution of our on-device platform, drive SDK distribution, and position the company as the partner of choice for carriers, OEMs, and developers.

You will manage a PM team, navigate regulatory shifts, ensure security, and translate policy changes into product priorities while building strong external relationships.

Qualifications

12+ years in mobile ecosystems, platform distribution, or mobile ad tech.
3+ years at Director level or above.
SDK or device-layer product experience close to the OS.
Carrier or OEM relationships management.
Regulatory and compliance fluency for mobile apps.
Cross-functional leadership across engineering, commercial, and partner teams.
Data-driven product development with experimentation.

Responsibilities

Define and execute platform strategy for on-device distribution and scale.
Lead consolidation to unify the SDK surface into a cohesive framework.
Own carrier and developer partnerships and align with telecoms and OEMs.
Drive platform security and integrity in SDK-based layers.
Build, mentor, and scale a PM team across verticals.
Navigate regulatory shifts and translate policy changes into priorities.
Elevate partner engagement through strategic cross-functional reviews.
