Job summary

GSMA seeks a strategic, execution-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution and growth of its device information services portfolio. You will own the product strategy, translate market needs into roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery across global operators and government agencies.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, sales and marketing to define solutions, ensure scalable performance, and iterate based on analytics.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in product management or related strategic role (telecom, SaaS, data services, or regulated industries preferred).
• Ability to own end-to-end products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest or experience in mobile devices, telecommunications, fraud prevention, sustainability, or circular economy models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core device information services, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization, balancing feasibility, impact and value.
• Drive end-to-end execution of new capabilities, enhancements and launches with high-quality delivery.
• Partner with engineering and operations to define solutions and scalable service performance.
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate concepts.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and data to inform decisions.
• Define business requirements, user journeys and operational processes clearly.
• Lead launch readiness activities, including testing, enablement and post-launch evaluation.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce friction and improve quality.
• Contribute to commercial strategy including pricing, packaging and positioning.
