Cloudbeds is seeking a Vice President of Mid-Market Onboarding to lead its onboarding team focused on AI-powered solutions for hotels. You will ensure a successful onboarding process for mid-market customers, managing a team of project managers and senior coaches.

With a strong background in hospitality technology, you will oversee onboarding outcomes, develop frameworks and metrics, and partner cross-functionally to drive success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding experience.
• Proven people-leadership experience in a global environment.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team.
• Own onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live.
• Diagnose and fix training quality and deployment velocity gaps.
