Job summary

Chelsea Place Memory Care is seeking a registered nurse with strong leadership to oversee resident care operations, assessments, and staff supervision.

The role requires an RN/LPN license and at least three years in a senior living setting with supervisory experience. You will develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety across the community.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience may substitute for three years of experience.
• Minimum of three years in a senior living setting and three years in a management/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care operations including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Supervise and evaluate Care Assistants and Medication Services Technicians.
• Develop and maintain Care/Service Plans for residents and update as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and families on changes in condition or treatment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and documentation accuracy.
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and performance expectations.
• Provide in-service training and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitor emergency procedures and overall quality of care.
