Job summary

Clear Creek Memory Care is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a leadership role in our memory care community. You will oversee nursing staff, manage care plans, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

A strong emphasis on person-centered care and resident dignity guides daily activities. The role requires a nursing license, minimum three years in a senior living setting, and at least one year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community.
• Minimum of one year in a management/supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants; train staff and handle HR processes as per policy.
• Ensure resident rights are maintained.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments on admission.
• Address resident, family, or physician concerns and refer issues as needed.
• Support residents and families with emotional and spiritual needs as required.
• Participate in department performance improvement activities.
