Qualifications

• Current PA RN license and leadership experience in personal care or memory care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations within the personal care home and memory care units.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to nursing care and facility operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of resident care.
• Participate in development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents, focusing on memory care needs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and safety.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
