Manning Square seeks a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Director of Clinical Services. This role oversees resident care delivery in a high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.

As Director, you will lead nursing staff, ensure medication management compliance, participate in quality improvement, and coordinate care planning for residents with dementia. Experience in long-term care management is required; a state RN license is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current valid state RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years in a management role in long-term care or assisted living.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing and dementia care.
