Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B strategy, growth strategy, customer insights, or market intelligence.
• Experience shaping membership strategy and pricing for growth.
• Strong background in segmentation, value proposition development, and packaging.

Responsabilités

• Lead the member strategy function as voice-of-member and market for senior leadership.
• Design and execute voice-of-customer and market research to understand needs and buying behavior.
• Develop segmentation frameworks and growth opportunities for acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Assess pricing models, packaging, and commercial offerings to align with market demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into go-to-market strategies.
• Establish metrics to measure segment performance, market penetration, and revenue growth.
