Job summary

medtechrec in Philadelphia, a leading medical technology company in orthopedics, seeks a Director of Clinical Enablement to build and lead a world-class education function, advancing the next stage of commercial growth.

You will design scalable training, lead national clinical education and field teams, partner with sales to address gaps, cultivate KOL relationships, and drive successful launches of new orthopedic technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in orthopedics or surgical medical devices.
Strong background in clinical education and sales enablement.
Deep knowledge of US orthopedic market and surgical workflows.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the clinical enablement strategy for the US orthopedic business.
Lead national clinical education and field clinical organization.
Design scalable training and certification programs for field teams and clinicians.
Collaborate with sales leadership to close clinical capability gaps.
Build relationships with surgeons and KOLs to inform education strategies.
Lead clinical enablement for new product launches to support commercialization.
Create and manage surgeon education initiatives, including workshops and cadaver labs.
