Job summary

Leading Educators is seeking a Director of Implementation, Design, and Coaching to lead district-wide mathematics initiatives and bridge district strategy with classroom practice. You will drive the rollout of Eureka Math² and Illustrative Mathematics, ensuring access to rigorous math instruction from Grades 3–8 and 11.

You will partner with district content leads and school leaders, translating priorities into actionable plans, coaching, and measurable milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in education, instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, or district-level instructional support.
• Deep content expertise in mathematics (Grades 3–12) with fluency in Eureka Math² and Illustrative Mathematics.
• Experience leading complex district-wide implementation with measurable results.
• Direct coaching to school or district leaders to strengthen instructional practices.
• Primary client/partner relationship owner within a district or multi‑school context.
• Based in California with San Francisco Bay Area strongly preferred; willingness to travel.
