Job summary

Leading Educators seeks a Director of Implementation, Design, and Coaching to transform mathematics instruction across districts in the Bay Area. In a hybrid role, you will bridge district strategy and classroom practice, leading implementation of Eureka Math2 and Illustrative Mathematics for Grades 3–8 and 11, and partner with district content leads.

You will own the full lifecycle of implementation, provide coaching to school and district leaders, build strategic partnerships, and drive

Qualifications

Deep mathematics content knowledge (Grades 3-12) with fluency in Eureka Math2 and Illustrative Mathematics.
Familiarity with mathematics assessment systems (CAASPP and HQIM unit assessments).
Experience translating strategy into executable project plans and milestones.
Proven ability to coach district and school leaders to improve instructional practice.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation across districts from launch through completion with accountability for instructional coherence and impact.
Partner with district content leads and school leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans.
Design and deliver coaching and professional learning aligned to curriculum and standards.
Build and sustain strategic partnerships with stakeholders and manage expectations across timelines.
