Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years' progressive experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Experience, CRM, and Marketing Operations.
• 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the MarTech strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Oversee marketing tech ecosystem administration, integration, security, and performance.
• Lead personalization, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, Product, and Compliance to ensure governance and ROI.
