Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.
• Proven experience with agile project management principles and software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the activities of the marketing operations team, including project management and administration.
• Manage projects and pipelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Oversee marketing project management software, marketing new hire orientation and training, and documentation of department policy, process, and procedure.
• Continuously simplify systems and processes, avoiding customization bloat and tech debt.
• Develop annual marketing budget and resource projections.
• Supervise marketing administration to ensure high levels of customer service and compliance.
