Job summary

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard seeks an executive to evolve Marketing Operations into a technology-enabled function. You will oversee marketing technology, data-driven campaigns, and production teams to improve speed to market, compliance, customer experience, and efficiency.

You will partner with Acquisition, Product Strategy, and Digital teams to support campaigns, manage vendors, and ensure governance. 8+ years in corporate marketing is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, analytics or related technical field preferred.
• Experience supporting digital and mail marketing campaigns and CMS/CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaigns and identify trends.
• Proven leadership for direct reports, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and data-driven marketing.
• Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations (UDAAP/CAN-SPAM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing operations, Martech platforms, communication, and production teams.
• Manage marketing campaigns to ensure compliance, speed to market, and efficiency.
• Lead CRM and marketing automation initiatives across channels.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships with Martech vendors.
• Develop business cases for new tools and partners.
• Provide KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to Analytics teams.
• Ensure legal/compliance approval for all materials and audits.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
