Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead data-driven campaigns, segmentation, and experimentation. You will bridge marketing insights with actionable campaigns, partnering with the Campaign Strategy team to translate models into execution.

A hands-on leader with a track record in analytics and marketing is essential. The role focuses on driving acquisition, retention, and pipeline performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration across Finance, Loan

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8+ years’ experience in related field.
3+ years’ supervisory experience.
Experience building predictive/ML models and leading experimentation in marketing.

Responsibilities

Perform data analytics to generate insights for marketing and volume, and visualize findings.
Monitor marketing contribution to pipeline, customer acquisition and penetration.
Design, build and maintain predictive models (propensity, attrition, response).
Own marketing experimentation: design, run and govern A/B/multivariate tests.
Operationalize model outputs into segmentation, contact strategy, and dialer execution.
Ensure compliance and drive cross-functional initiatives.
