In this role you will work with large datasets, partner closely with senior stakeholders, deliver structured insights, and mentor teammates while shaping strategic direction with storytelling and analytical models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, or similar).
• Proven experience leading structured analysis to identify trends, drivers, and insights.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and narratives for senior leadership.
• Experience applying analytical and modeling techniques to real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities that inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Develop clear, structured narratives that explain what is happening, why, and what actions should be taken for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to define key questions and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Own ongoing analysis of performance across key areas, providing proactive insights and recommendations.
• Apply analytical techniques to prioritize opportunities and build decision frameworks.
