Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, to build and lead a team delivering measurement and decision-ready insights across channels. You will define the analytical vision, partner with senior Marketing leadership, and scale AI-enabled decisioning to optimize spend and ROI.

You will shape the analytics organization, hire senior talent, and ensure governance and rigorous outputs, enabling data-driven decisions that impact nationwide marketing performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing analytics or related domain with leadership of managers/analysts.
• Ability to turn data into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience applying AI-driven decisioning in marketing analytics workflows.
• Strong finance and growth fluency (CAC, LTV, ROI) in a business context.
• Experience building and leading an analytics organization from early stages.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the analytical vision and standards for performance marketing analytics at the department level.
• Build partnerships across functions to align needs and develop shared data resources.
• Participate in strategic planning and evaluate projects to prioritize analytics work.
• Calibrate outputs for clear storytelling, uncertainty, and actionable recommendations.
• Champion data-driven decision making and influence leadership consumption of insights.
• Set the vision for AI use in performance marketing analytics and establish governance.
