Remedy Recruitment’s client, a well-established skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Jasper, IN, seeks a Director of Marketing / Admissions. This full-time, permanent role focuses on expanding census, building strong referral networks, and promoting services in the local community.

The ideal candidate has healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development experience and will collaborate with facility leadership to drive occupancy goals while maintaining a positive community

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development, preferably within a skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living environment.

This individual will play a key role in increasing facility census, developing strong referral relationships, and promoting the organization's services throughout the surrounding community.

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing / Admissions:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase facility census and promote services
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and other healthcare referral sources
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase admissions
• Coordinate and conduct facility tours for prospective residents and their families
• Plan and participate in community outreach initiatives, networking opportunities, and local events to increase facility visibility
• Work closely with facility leadership, admissions, and social services teams to support occupancy goals
• Maintain a positive reputation for the facility throughout the surrounding community
• Assist with additional marketing and admissions responsibilities as needed

Requirements for the Director of Marketing / Admissions:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within healthcare marketing, admissions, business development
• Experience within skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living environments
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and maintain referral networks throughout the local healthcare community
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable with community outreach and networking
• Ability to work collaboratively with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
