Job summary

Remedy Recruitment’s client, a well-established skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Jasper, IN, seeks a Director of Marketing / Admissions. This full-time, permanent role focuses on expanding census, building strong referral networks, and promoting services in the local community.

The ideal candidate has healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development experience and will collaborate with facility leadership to drive occupancy goals while maintaining a positive community

Qualifications

• Leadership in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living environments may be preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase census.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategies to boost admissions.
• Coordinate facility tours for prospective residents and families.
• Plan community outreach, networking events, and local outreach to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with facility leadership, admissions, and social services to support occupancy goals.
• Maintain a positive reputation in the surrounding community.
• Assist with additional marketing and admissions responsibilities as needed.
